Timely, flexible, professional
Mosaic is the partner who walks alongside your team, turning strategy into reality.
Service Highlights
Mosaic draws on decades of nonprofit and public sector experience and a deep network of complementary partners. Together, this enables tailored support for a wide range of initiatives. Below are a few examples of the types of projects Mosaic can help you move forward.

Monitoring and Implementation Review
States and public agencies engage Mosaic to provide independent implementation review for consent decrees and other formal agreements, as well as targeted monitoring of programs requiring additional oversight.

Operations Improvement
Mosaic helps organizations refine service design, track key business data, and make informed strategic decisions. The standard engagement model combines an initial assessment with ongoing support as needed.
Strategy and Planning
Sometimes a focused assessment and clear report is all that is needed. With a bias for action, Mosaic combines national data, program‑specific insights, and other available information to develop and share an actionable strategic plan.
